
TCS unfair new Policy for Termination.
Someone should file a case against new TCS policy whose have family or friends in law and we should all support this.
If they can terminate us in 35 days as per new policy then have some decency and reduce the notice period to 35 days as well. They are just enslaving us and kicking whenever they want. Reducing notice period will help us to make a switch bit easier as most companies are looking for short notice period only.
This is very unfair policy and voice needs to be raised.

Means you all are saying termination will happen in 36th Day?? If this is true then lot of people who were in bench since long months what they will do them then they must be laid off already at this point of time

The truth is they have no projects in pipeline

They should also update notice period policy they have to reduce it at least 60 Days I was rejected by most of company because of 90 days notice period what should I do ðŸ˜

That's what my point is. 35-45 days is the sweet spot which every company should keep.

Then they should atleast reduce the notice period.

Actually this should be vice versa. Notice should be 35 and bench should be 90 days 😂. If they really intend to cut short the resources.

Freshers & below 4 yrs exp should be given fair chances as clients are taking all above 5+ yrs. Otherwise it's good I don't think they do not terminate as cheap labour getting these days would be tough. We have to wait & watch.

I called a guy who is reporting to rmg for project interview and that guy did'nt pickup my calls at all. So there is a reason for everything.
