TCS Unethical Layoff

Hi all,

I know all these layoffs are creating a lot of panic and anxiety but guys let's be little positive-

Once you get an email from RMG and HR to meet- let's try to convince them with data points like ur previous performance or to take feedback from previous project.

Also start looking for a project through your contacts . Don't just rely on RMG.

Look for outside opportunities and get away with it.

I know it's a tough time but there is no point in wasting our precious time for these people ... trust me - They don't deserve it.

And most importantly - trust yourself- you deserve better so keep chasing for best.
