Tcs UK onsite
Hi, as I am resigned in tcs, so from one project they are offering me onsite to UK. CURRENTLY I am an ITA, SO JUST WANTED TO KNOW WHAT all extra benifits I will get if I travel to uk also, what kind of expense is there if I stay with my wife.
Please let me know what decision I should take as per your experience if you been to UK.

This may be a trap to hold you .Once you revoke resignation, they will say that position is closed or cancelled or anything. This has happened in the past. So be sure before revoking.
If you are keen on onsite assignments, only then go for it because of in the long run your salary at offshore does not increase significantly even when you return on from onshore. If you have the option to move out then you should because once you have put your papers, your value in the company is never the same again. You should choose wisely.

Looks like it's a trap! Its very unlikely you will travel... If there was an open position they would have already planned since they get more money from onsite. They just playing with you to see if u fall for trap. They will not hesitate to give written confirmation as well... Rest is ur decision and your fate.
Your expense depends on the location where you will stay in UK. If it is London or near by, make up your mind to search job for your wife to have decent savings. The expense is too much. If it is sub urban area, you can save around 1500 Pound after all expenses. If you have plan to stay in UK for long term if you get sponsorships from other company, then definitely grab this opportunity and move out from TCS when you get a good opportunity in UK.
