Tcs trying to retain

Hi everyone, I have 10 years experience in which my IT industry exp is around 6 years. I am getting around 12 lpa. I got an offer for 20 lpa (in which 5℅ is variable). The current company also provides work from home options. Now in tcs my manager and supervisor are trying to retain me. What should I do? If tcs offering to match the same ctc shall I consider tcs?

  1. They won't match but may retain with a little bit hike.
  2. Offer is too good to reject.
  3. WFH itself is a good factory for you to move on.
    Despite this offer if you are still thinking about staying here I guess u r looking for comfort.
    Personal opinion would be to move on.

Switch to new company. You will never get 12 to 20 lpa hike in TCS even if you work for next 10 years
