TCS trying to recover paid salary for non compliance to WFO hours?

Hello all, I have resigned and I'm currently serving notice period. My WFO Index has always been > 85% but in January I received mail for non compliance to working hours because I was only staying till 0 - 3. After that mail I gradually started increasing my working hours and have been doing 5 - 7 hours and sometimes 3 - 5 hours.

I have heard HR marking unauthorized absence for non compliant associates or trying to recover a complete year's salary in the final settlement.

Can something like this happen to me?? Please answer, I'm very much stressed out 🙏🏻

Bruh..the only effect of WFO non compliant is deduction of performance pay/quarter pay/ or worst case blockage to bands. Anyway you are in Notice period with project so chill.
