Even if results are good TCS wont give hike which beats inflation. Will increase variable in increment and then will cut variable pay. God save Tamil Consulting Services Bottle neck is at the top, the leadership takes big packages not even giving peanuts to employees.

More like Tamil Consultancy School than Services.

RMGs and HRs are nothing but acting more like school management dept on those on bench and Higher management as Principal and Vice principal and Project management acting more like teaching staff that became a bit worse compared to not just schools or colleges but also to government offices... Literally disgusting...

Telugu consultancy services is what I heard strongly so far from many.. happy to see termed as Tamil consultancy services first time..
And devaluation of doller will be major reason this time for lower hike as always

Only individuals who have completed Wings 1 are currently enjoying substantial salaries at TCS or hold senior positions, while mid-level employees are the most adversely affected by TCS's increment policy.

I passed Wings 1, but honestly, it's still a grind. No matter how hard I work – day and night – it's still unappreciated. So I quit. The other job isn't amazing, but staying wasn't an option. Sometimes peace of mind is better than a big paycheck.

Wherever you go don't put your 100% efforts or day and night work. It will definitely get backfire. Don't be loyal to the companies. If you found there is a recognition in your company then only you have to put your 100% efforts otherwise it'll be waste of time. Companies like TCS, no matter what you do and even if you put 200% efforts still they said need improvement and we are expecting more from you. You'll get Rewards and recognition in small companies and product based companies not in service based companies
