TCS transfer Policy

first question, are you unallocated or in project?

If umallocated, talk with rmg, it's on them whether they approve it or not.

if in project, talk with manager to initiate your transfer and ask them to talk with rmg, they'll sort it

There is a TCS office in Kolkata. Speak with your lead/manager regarding the relocation. I have been working in a different location from the rest of my team for over 2 years now
