TCS transfer from Ops to IT

Hello, I plan to switch from Operations to IT post completing 3 years with TCS. Which field of IT should I start learning as I don't have IT knowledge or experience. To rephrase, which IT skill could be easiest to learn for a non-technical background person. Thanks for your response.
