TCS to Product Based

Recently I found out through one of my friend that there is an opening in his team for BPM fresher with package between 5-6 lakhs. But, I'm having 2 .5 yrs of experience in support with 4.4 lakhs CTC.

I know that moving out of TCS is a good thing but, I need advice on this. Please help me.
