Tcs to other company

My last working day is 27september

As it is reaching close I am getting anxious of leaving tcs.

Reason for change is 50% hike. Is it greed?

I am not good with coding, a newbie with 4 year experience in application support and getting new role as senior developer in AWS IoT python. I cleared interview using udemy courses. I don't have real time project experience.

Should I change or take my resignation back in last week?

Don't overthink, take this in a positive way and move forward. Maybe you will fail a few times but take the learnings and never stop taking lessons from your failure . Eventually you will feel blessed to have moved on

The toughest part of our job is interviews. After that path is easier. If you cleared the interview with mere udemy course, you are already good at it. And also if you don't take the leap of faith now, you will be stuck at support projects at TCS forever. So go ahead and rock the world

Dont stuck . Even im in same situation , 4 yrs and have only experience on support project. Since you got offer with 50% go for it. You can get handson on ur new org . If you change ur mind you will be stuck in support itself. After few years when you try to change company you will have same conflict . But that time companies will expect more from you.

All the best for your new role
