Make the switch if the offer is good then plan for a better company

Dear Human,

Set a good target for yourself. You have told you got C band. Then in the next one year leverage the good things of TCS ie their udemy access and linked in resources.

Learn inside out of a technology and then certify yourself in that. Do some personal project in that and then apply for other companies. This will set you up for long term and future proof yourself.

Also don't fall for this good company bad company stuff. Every company cares about getting their revenue higher. And we should be selfish to get our pay checks higher that's the goal. So if infy gives a better offer after your grind in being the best then go for it. Learn and upskill wherever you go and when you feel salary is stagnant and no new learning then jump again.

During this time prioritise work as second and focus only on your growth. If project is bad you shouldn't give a damn. Focus solely on yourself. Then jump.

Rule of thumb is jump every 3 years or less until 40. So go for it. Get skilled by using TCS learning resource, certify yourself, do some projects, and then jump.

Godspeed Mate
