TCS to EY GDS

It’s been 1 year since I’ve joined TCS. I’m not satisfied with my project as an individual contributor. I got an offer with EY GDS manager ll under a consulting firm. Should I consider this move in a positive way or any suggestions from EY GDS. How is work life balance, yearly hike and culture ?? Any suggestions are highly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
