TCS to Cognizant? In Hand Salary ? Ideal ctc should be ?

I joined TCS as a fresher and working still to date, with 4.1 yoe in GCP Data Engineering. Today, I got this offer from Cognizant with slight more than 100% hike.

I would definetly accept this offer because, it's been terrible in TCS since last year for various reasons, one of them is irresponsible higher management. I'll place my papers and explore oppurtunities with other organizations too while in notice period.

I would like to know what is the ideal package for a GCP developer with a decent knowledge in domain with my experience? And what would be my in-hand salary for 10 lpa?
