TCS to Accenture

I have cleared the Accenture interview for management level 9. My current CTC is 9, how much of a hike should I quote as expected?

Neither I want to earn less with 5 years of experience nor do I want to be layed off first.

1 technical round and 1 manager round. Then negotiation with HR.
