TCS Thailand NOTICE PERIOD is 60 days only

I checked with TCS Thailand teammates they have 60 days notice period and for Indian employee they have 90 days why discrepancy?

Its siemens project only colleague work from Thailand as she is resident of Thailand.

Guys it's not about project. It's about country. The land of law preceeds the company policy. If thailand govt has fixed a cap, tcs cannot go beyond that. Fyi, tcs Mexico has zero notice period as per Mexico regulations.. They can just inform in the morning that "I quit" and leave.
