TCS Tax Issue - Expected Reprocessing?

I just wanted to see if anyone has any rough idea of when would one expect to get the ITR reprocessed and the refund issued?

PS: I did respond to the draft and filed a rectification request as it seems to be the logical thought process. Somehow the idea of TCS triggering a reprocessing the ITR for the employees did not rhyme with me and I felt the need to respond to the demand.
