TCS swipe location.
As per working hours policy our card swipe in and out will be counted right? If someone is going to nearest office to swipe the card despite he is deputed in other office but same city will it be valid?
You can swipe at any location (you should have access to the location). I am doing it since last 6months! Confirmed it with HR’s and all!
Saw many discussions even though you go to your base branch and spent 9 hrs still you can't get 100% variable because they will come up again with excuse your performance your unit performance then company performance..Better upgrade your skills and kick off 💐

My supervisor told me to go to the nearest office..been doing that since mid march.
Depends on your project management and HR. If they are ok with you working from any location then it is fine. So it is better to ask your supervisor
Recently got to know from hr that one person asked her relatives to swipe in at office premises and it got catched by security and termination has processed immediately.
