TCS Super Strategy for Downsizing

Amazing corporate strategy by TCS I believe!

Can’t fire employees, “job security” brand image to be maintained, so what to do…..

1. Force everyone back to office
2. Have inadequate infrastructure and stop listening to genuine concerns, increase employee frustration
3. Start deducting variables without and rhyme or reason, don’t respond when someone asks for reasoning
4. Give pitying hikes so one can’t even tell the outside world what they have got…

Leave just one way for the employee… resign, and yet the public at large would believe TCS to be secure and employee friendly….
