TCS Stopped Salary
I’m facing a serious issue at TCS Kolkata (Gitanjali Park) regarding my project allocation and access to communication channels.
I was unallocated from 1st September 2024, but I had already joined a project before this date and have been working on it since then. My project team sent multiple emails requesting the RMG team to allocate me, but initially, those emails were ignored. Later, I was asked to report to RMG, yet no allocation was made.
For the past 15 days, my salary has been stopped, and I no longer have access to communication tools like email, MS Teams, and Ultimatix. I have not received any official communication about why my salary or access was stopped.
Since my communication channels have been blocked, I’m sharing this here. I hope to resolve this with your help. #WorkplaceIssues #TCS #HR
Go to gitanjali park H block 3rd floor RMG bay and directly talk to the HRs their. I my self facing same issue. TCS has a policy "Respect for individual "but this is not for RMG HRs . They will insult you like you have done a crime . Don't understand how to teach them lesson.
Your project team/supervisor/Manager has the means to fix this.
Either ask them/HR to talk to RMG or visit the RMG in person at the office and get it fixed.
