TCS stooping down to the lowest possible level

HR's at Deccan Park are roaming in campus and Shouting on people who are bot following the dress code policy and noting down the employee ID of such employees.

They are asking employees if they have turned up for the office or visiting a mall.

Cannot imagine any company stooping down to such a low level. I guess there will be deductions introduced on dress code compliance as well in future. Just watch out

lol! These people are trying all the possible ways to harass employees! No one in TCS will show up like they are visiting a mall at office. Look at Amazon and Accenture! I feel like TCS is turning into a sales company.. what next! They want to call Sir and Ma’am 😂😂

Its already happening in TCS . Senior pref to be called as Sir / Mam ..

Juniors call seniors aa sir or Mam . Which i dint like at all ..

In my unit its culture.. which i hate .in my previous exp we used to call seniors with name

I have seen people visiting the office looking like street beggars. There is a decorum and sanctity of every work premise. I am not in HR and wear semi formals on Fridays, but for me, there should be some distinction between what you wear while sleeping and and what you wear at office.

I experienced this in PTI office, new Delhi in October last year. Though HR was a bit respectful at first but Sarcastic in tone. My manager sitting beside me said "inka kaam he kia hai" after he was gone 😬😬
