TCS Sponsored Travel

Our project supervisor has asked to come to Noida office for one week to have team sync up as all the team members are working from different TCS offices and this travel and accommodation will be sponsored by TCS, Me and my colleagues are not falling in this sponsorship due to Bas location as Noida now my supervisor is asking to come on your own expenses while rest of other people are getting it for free, need suggestions how can I tackle this situation they are pressuring us to be in Noida office
