TCS sponsored Masters/MBA

Hello everyone ! I am new to this channel. I have seen people get vocal about their issues and get positive as well as negative feedback.

I also, need such kind of feedback from you all. I was thinking about pursuing higher education ( masters/mba ) backed by TCS sponsorship. I am not familiar with the process and how it's done and where I can find any suitable guide which will help me understand the whole process, it's pre-requisites, limitations, catches, etc. At the same time would like to know from someone who has been a part of this process and can tell if it's really worth going through the trouble or shall I choose simpler options and pursue higher education without any TCS sponsorship following the basic approach.

It would mean a lot of you all can guide me.
