TCS - Sinking Ship ?

The plan is to give hike and include in the Fluidity list, then fire us. This is sinking ship. They are going to lease out the TCS building, rest they will convert into Resort.

Leased buildings will be given off. Projects will be moved to TCS owned buildings. This saves cost and also projects need to pay per seat rent in an odc back to TCS
