IBM laid off HRs , it's the right time to lay off TÇ$ arrogant and useless HRs. They are kind of parasites , taking salaries from hard working employees from other departments and still showing their rude behaviour.
TCS HRs are the most important and hardworking part of the organisation continuously making sure employees doesn't get happy by making them beg for even fundamental things..They essentially create toxic environment so that people leave and tcs can hire fresh talent to ruin their lives😅and get govt subsidy.. So in a way they are the most imp for this toxic company.. AI wouldn't be able to not reply to mails pretending to be busy 😅😅😂
May be AI should replace HR and toxic part of management too

Agreed no use of HR they are heartless same like robos
HRs are never required startups and small companies never hire any HR developers itself manages everything
In Bangalore IOTDE HR is excellent. He explains the reason why it's rejected with clear answer about the management atleast on rejection.
