Tcs shoud follow hybrid work model, if not possible for remote working , hybrid will be both organization as well as employee friendly

If only TCS was an employee friendly company

If they just took action against those that didn't work from home then none of this nonsense would have happened. Because of some people, everyone has to suffer.
