
This looks good only on paper, the so-called ideal scenario. In reality, TCS should have created a clear, transparent severance policy instead of incomplete guidelines like these. What’s happening on the ground is intense stress, confusion, and lack of dignity for employees. Management seems least bothered, and the company has lost the grace and respect it once commanded.

It is the failure of milind that not circulate the policy. They done everything by hiding. Which was misued by many people. Before they do this they need to understand TCS leadership grown up by bootlicking. They less know to work with respect to science. If no policy , and following guidline means incapability 9f organization

False.Already they removing 100 days and below unallocation people then how 8 months unallocated people still exist in TCS?
