Where in TCS policy it is written that salary should not be shared or payslip should not be shown to fellow TCSer. Please share the clause if it is in writing.
They can not have this policy. Forget about pay structure for a moment. You own your bank statements, and Form 16 right? In those documents your salary is clearly mentioned. So if you show it to your colleague, nobody can stop you.
It must be there in some policy, find out and tell us!

It is classified as private and Confidential which is clear in itself and correct too.. however i have observed that if our salary is lower then we are okay to share details but if our salary is higher than the peer then we get conscious and secretive in sharing our salary 😂🤣
