TCS scrum master course
Hi all, any idea about TCS scrum master course. How is it, difficult, hard easy to clear. Any input will be appreciated
You need to enroll for TSM course and should be endorsed by your supervisor than there will be 2 week 4hr daily training and should clear the 2 milestones which are little tough and in the last round you will be given 2 attempts to clear the assessment which is based on an internal scrum guide create by Agile head.. 100% questions from that guide only.. to be honest I didn't clear it and most don't either, better you gun for PSM2 and add it as achieved competency as it will be helpful for you once you switch .. TSM is only restricted internally and won't hold any value. Also even if you get through you will be given data gathering activity as a Role activity which is like analyst...
How much of the training period is in-person/vILT/Team activity?

Thanks a lot for details, but problem here is TCS managers don’t approved psm and asking me to do tsm, it’s not challenging to get it approved, tcs always focus on internal trading and don’t approve any external certification. Can you please help me what type of questions they will ask in tsm.
I already enrolled for this and workshop is going to start soon , but they are saying it’s too difficult to clear. Pasing percentage is too low. They are making us scared, not sure what extra thing they are going is to teach
Unless you jump in the water, you won't get to know the depth.. it's worth a learning I would say.. nahin re it's not hard only complex .. you just need to have clear mind
Yes I know but all are saying it’s difficult even hr was not approving saying passing ratio is too low then I said it’s my responsibility to clear and not clear, you just approve it as part of wings 2 program. I already have so many certifications like, csm, safe PO/pm, safe agilist, Prince 2, devops release management and few more. But inhone aisa bana diya hai ki pata nahi upsc conduct karna ja raha hai inka tsm.
