I have 15 LPA with 8 YOE in Infosys in JL5 …what would be the right negotiation with TCS in this case ..can I get expect 25 LPA

you should get at least 45-50% hike

I don't think TCS will give more than 18-19, but yes there are exceptions as well. Start with 25 and see how it goes.
