I woukd suggest keeping TCS as a retirement company. Work for different organizations for first 15 years. And then chose TCS as a last company to retire from.
Unfortunately, I couldn’t keep it as a last one, but if you can then definitely do it.
Also TCS won’t pay you as per market standards and you won’t be able to rejoin once you quit.
