Tcs salary break up
Can someone explain how much the fixed is here. This is for tcs. The hr said there is no fixed but I can see there is a performance pay and bonus section. And also what is the monthly inhand. I think I'm being played here 😂.
This performance pay of 13500 is quarterly variable amount, which will depend on attendence, in project or bench. And this performance bonus is there but I don't know will you get that Or not. It's not in my ctc so can't say
Are you sure the performance pay 13500 is quarterly. Everything it mentioned above total monthly is mentioned as monthly components. And this accounts for 1.6 lakh variable pay yearly which I won't be getting full. So this is a big difference. What do you think
Monthly performance pay we get every month. Performance bonus is quarterly but at C3B I have always got between 25-35% of performance bonus mentioned in CTC. This is the biggest scam they pull when hiring laterals.
