TCS Salary After 9 Years (Shocking Salary😂)

Yes, That’s price you want to pay for being loyal. At 8.5 YOE my package was 6.8L, next promotion was delayed.

That's true bro but nothing to laugh in that. It happened with me as well. Before joining tcs my salary was slowly increasing and was 2.5x according to yoe when I joined tcs but after joining tcs from last 2 yrs my salary has not increased so now it's approx 1.5x of my experience. Last year also I didn't get any hike and this year got just 2 percent which makes no sense at all, bcoz of joining here now I am underpaid once again and lost skills too.

I still don't understand why people stick around in TCS? I mean it you're stuck then work hard and get out. People earn 15-20x YOE and here people are hardly making 2-3x.

If there's any other rational which maybe I'm missing, please do share

Comfort zone, skills are the problems and on top of that old timers politics and eco system is the major issue

All service base companies will suck blood out of employees and pays peanuts

I am yet to see a 30 yoe person is making 4.5cr

I might agree with you, but there's nothing to laugh. At all.

If u r at a good place, great, enjoy.
But doesn't allow you to laugh on others.
