Ask the mnc to provide early joining. Most mnc don't want to lose the hiring so they will prepond joining.

So is it like we can't take back resignation? Meaning once resigned then that's all?

Notice period is for both parties, if they ask for money for early release, then they should also pay for early release. Check policy documents and read offer letter. What will you do for next two months just because they decided to let you go early.

I had also asked salary restructure but manager denied as in current situation not possible . I have asked manager to release in 30 days he agreed on this after that lead not agreed, so I resigned after 1 day I withdraw my resignation as couldn't agreed in early release (30 days)

You were in bench or allocated in project while resignation.

It happens bro for higher grade employees at TCS as they are aren't getting the support which they expect from their end be it in resignation or the case of randomly selecting them and laying them off and nobody cares of joining back to the company since that layoffs news became official and once you leave the company chances of retaining you back are nil as their are very serious by not retaining the resigned employees anymore after that decision of laying off some of their employees (many official)..Better move on with offer that you are currently having and if that location is in some other state of too much far from your native go with it or else try by finding the offer which is having work location near to your native..Wising you best of luck for career ..

You can prepone or as you will be immediate joiner apply for other companies as immediate joiner get more attention and calls and accordingly decide when and where to join
