TCS sahyadri park pune

At the entry gate of TCS sahyadri park pune, I observed lot of water collect daily because of slope from the main road. It has become so slippery that anyone can easily slip and rainy season is on the way. I am really worried about some one expecting a baby could get slip. This happened with me when I was expecting and working in a different organisation. Whom shall I mail to take action. Any suggestions?
