TCS’s New Policies contradicts its own previous ones.
Do you guys remember "25-by-25 model" that was hugely publicised all over internet during 2021. Then CEO had plans to pivot tcs to a complete hybrid model.
Today they are saying if you don't come to office, be ready face actions. The New leadership seems to have a really opposite opinions to the last one's.
What other changes have you noticed since the new leadership put in place?

The new leadership seems to really hate the previous one. As soon as the new CEO came in, he completely changed the verticals/units. Then he changed all the business unit heads. Fact:"There is currently not a single woman in the higher level of leadership across TCS".
Now he is changing the RTO policy. This guy is either doesn't understand the reality of associates or he doesn't care.
