We blame rmg for fluidity list and layoffs
They are not making the policy
They also have alot of pressure
It's all coming from TCS apex team (don't know what is apex) but aarthi (coo) is real culprit behind layoffs. Strict regulations are important for time passers but pulling billable PPL/ first time on to bench and layoff is very ugly.

He is one of the very few RMG people , who
talk to associates respectfully. Good chap younger to me , feel sad for his decision. The news just says he commited suicide and the reason is unknown.
