TCS RMG Policy

Hi,

Does TCS have a policy that they can't release the person from an account if he/she is on notice period and he/she has to survive for 90 Days in account?

Please help here.

If u are on bench and report to RMG u can get early release just don't come to office. and talk to RMG for early release .. if they tell u to come tell them i cant come... They will surely release u... But make sure not to show them that u really need an early release... otherwise they wont give 😂😂😂😂

If you are on the bench, you can talk to the rmg team and get an early release. No one is going to hire you for any project if you are on notice period.

Yes, its true. My release was planned for 31st Jan and I resigned post that. So account couldn't release me until my ĺast day. However I revoked my resignation on last day so band came through same account and again account had me allocated till mid april

Yes, RMG is for Allocating Avaialable associates to new Project. Why would a project onboard a NP associate?

Don’t trust anyone, bcz I resign nd project manager release me in 30days, if you’re reporting to RMG on notice period they will released in a week. In my case I revoked my resignation before reporting to RMG

There is no policy like that. And u can be released from the account even if u r on notice period. And in that case RMG will give you a short termed project from other accounts and u need to work on that short project till u complete 90 days.
