Tcs rmg has assigned a new project without discussion.

Ask the project team that you are not interested in the project. They will release you

If you are fresher than you have no option but to take that project. If you are experienced tell rmg I have worked —- years/months in —- project. So I must have option to choose technology and project newly assigned and I’m also actively looking for new projects also by myself. I also got project assigned before discussion. But after talking with rmg they told to share skill and told if you find new project let me know. And I choose new project after giving many internal interview and choose project which I liked.

Just go there and dont work, the project manager will Automatically send you again to rmg, remember this step is to be taken if the manager is not cooperating in moving to your desired role.

Same happn with me as well , I suggest talk to project manger about your asperiation and ask release if it's not relevant to you
Don't join project without your concern

Simply they want your self to leave tcs.
