TCS retirement benefits Pension scheme when?
Other IT firms offering NPS corporate model. When will TCS start it as a retirement benefit? Current retirement benefits seem meh compared to PSUs.
TCS already puts in 12% of ur basic salary to EPF. It’s a solid start for ur pension savings, even tho u might not feel it now.
TCS medical insurance post-retirement is actually good.
Hybrid work is here to stay, so it’s better to start adapting now. Sure, it might not be everyone’s favorite, but it’s the new normal. Once you get the hang of it, it’s not so bad—actually gives you the best of both worlds!
Focus on saving and investing on your own. Don’t rely on the company for everything, cause they might not always come through with the best benefits. It's on you to make sure you're secure.
