TCS retention same project another team

I am C2 with 10lpa have 100% hike offer in hand and in notice period. I am very critical resource in the project got good appreciation from customers. And this project was good I don’t want to leave tcs and this project. Due to some politics My team supervisor was not showing interest to retain me but same project other team supervisor was very much interested on me to take in is. Whats I need to do? Same manager for both teams, but my supervisor not given any feedback to manager If manager was OK how much hike I can ask or expect to stay back?
