Tcs retention policy

My manager told he is trying to retain me .. he is taking details.. did they really try to retain resources or dont care and let go … Note. I am considered critical resource to the project

Dude just leave already, even if they retain you, the hike isn’t good and there are all these stupid policies. If you have enough knowledge, why don’t you change to a company where you are paid well.
