TCS retention offer

How much retention offer does TCS offer for a notice period serving associate? I spoke with my manager and he said around 40 to 50%. But I am looking for 100 % as this is what the market is offering. I have 14yoe with a package on the lower end of tcs spectrum.

The same with me. What I know is even if they decided to retain you, they will contact you in the second last week of your notice period. I have not seen any cases yet where tcs offered the same amount offered from other organization. Remaining, all the best.
