Tcs retention

I resigned in mid of June and now I got the call from the manager that now tcs is starting to retain the employees that totally depends on us and regarding CTC I need to forward the offer letter to the finance team so they will try to match the offer. He is not sure how much they will counter the offer. My new assignment is nearer to my home with 30% hike.my yoe is 10 year. What's the good option in this case? Plz suggest
