TCS retention

Hi All, what are the pros and cons of TCS counter offer.They are planning to get me retained.but I have only 20 days remaining for my LWD.Also do they put that amount in only personal allowance or do they keep in Quarterly variable component as well.

20 LPA current CTC and they are offering 28 .I have offer of 33 from Infosys

Be cautious I’m in C3B with good rating.. now adays all amount they are increasing drastically in qva and u won’t get this amount.. last one year I didn’t get atleast 30% biggest scam.. hence I Resigned just alone for this reason
