Tcs retention

I am C2 with 10lpa have 100% hike offer in hand from Wipro. I am very critical resource in the project. If they want to retain me how much they can offer. How much I can expect

They cant match the offer. I got 100% hike and i was in a senior position as you can see from my role then too they didnt match the offer.

100 per sure TCS will not give 50 per hike in this situation its a trap. Even thy r not paying 50 per or 75 % QV how cme thy give u 50 per hike. Only one thy can offer onsite. Even lets put very simple thy ready offer 50 per thy will keep 25% in variable. Please take decisions bravely.

Don’t wait for tcs, better to switch. My colleague was vital member in my project. He dropped paper . He is ready to negotiate it no hr gave a damn . So he left now .
