Tcs retaination ?
How often will TCS will retain and revise CTC and by how much? What if i dont have any other offers in hand? Will TCS match with any other offer i have?

They will retain only if your team lead or project manager thinks you are valuable resource. But they are definitely not going to match your inhand offer. I am C3A and Last year they have retained me . I had in hand offer of 25lpa they negotiated to 19lpa because of some personal family concerns I have accepted it which I regret now. But most of the increment TCS has given goes into performance bucket. So it depends what % they are going to give in quarterly bonus. Right now for last couple of quaters C3A they are giving only 65% of your performance bonus.
Hi, could you please tell me when did they confirm the offer down the notice period and did you have to submit offer letter over mail to HR?
No so often TCS will retain and revise, very very less chances of you are in junior group (less than equal to C2). And even if they retain you, they’ll never match the external offer that you’ll get.
