TCS Retain offer

Hello Everyone,

i have 3 years of experience in tcs and now i am working as a systems engineer with pkg 8.5LPA. I have got another offer from a good reputed company 14LPA. TCS is now offering me 12LPA and I'll get a hike in the March cycle and then will be promoted to the ITA role. I also have onsite aspirations

i am confused should i wait in tcs or go and grab another opportunity. your suggestions please?

Leave TCS. Grab the 14LPA offer. Promises and hikes at TCS are often delayed. Onsite aspirations? Better chances with the new company. Don't wait. Move on.

Just grab whats in front of you. Promises are meant to be broken, remember.

Exactly. And if you are in TCS it can be. They hired us by saying WFH and they started WFO. So don't trust them.

Hi, if you are happy with you work(I mean if.you are getting work on you stack) and you are learning then hold tcs.

Yes confirm via mail, ask to give promotion this quarter. So ITA will give you 15 % hike so 12 +15% =13.8L then the yearly appraisal will give you another 6% that will be close to 14.5 L.
