What happened to AI readiness it's fake / marketing purpose? Tcs leadership should answer.

Nothing serious will happen: they will simply call and ask you to submit the paper; otherwise, they may terminate you based on minor show-cause notices, which are just small compliance issues with the company

Nothing will happen to the company.The people who are unallocated from 8 month giving 0 .So if they gone nothing will happen.They already got 8 month salary for free.So what do you expect that TCS will pay them free salary for lifetime.
