TCS resorting to shock tactics, deploying coercion, threats on employees: unions across the country - The Hindu

Shameful!! Cannot say I worked for TCS without being embarrassed when some one asks where I worked,they look down upon!! Need to switch fast!!

Tcs is making beautiful damage control, but facts are known to the public now. My friend was added to fluidity list, sr. java dev internal select by 2 accounts, associate requested hr give another 3 days , hr threatening him saying severance pay will not be given & bad remarks will be imposed if you will not resign. on bench for 3 days only. Anyways he got a job outside. Now he is only engaged in pulling TCS associates to his organisation.
