TCS Resignation Withdrawal and Potential Consequences

I recently resigned from TCS and have been informed that my project is ending today, and I am being released. I have a few questions regarding the possibility and implications of withdrawing my resignation:

1. Can I take back my resignation at this point? 2. Is there a chance HR may reject my request to withdraw the resignation? 3. Are there any consequences for taking back my resignation, such as being restricted from resigning again for 1 year?

  1. Yes 2. No 3. You can resign anytime again, if you are ok with low rating band and promotion

No , my seniors who are on notice period are not going to office at all

That’s too much of a risk ..they can always come back and say u were not RTO compliant
